Sample Orders
Yes, samples are very important when making such an important and costly decision. At FavorsbyLisa.com we encourage you to first purchase a sample prior to making your grand purchase. By placing a sample order it is the best method to ensure you are completely happy with the item's quality, shape, size and coloring prior to placing your "grand" party favor order. It is best to order a few samples to make comparisons. And be wild... you never know what you might select.
To place a sample order please follow these three easy steps:
1. Go to the item you are interested in and click on the image so the full description of the item is visable.
2. Click "CHOOSE OPTIONS"
3. Click "ORDER SAMPLE" button. This allows you to purchase one sample of the item you are interested in. Sample orders can not be personalized and are shipped with a generic message on them. Please remember, samples are not free and sample orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail starting at $4.95 or shipped UPS Ground delivery at an estimated $7.95 for orders exceeding 1 pound package. However, when placing your "grand" order, shipping fees are quite reasonable.

Return Policy
At Favors by Lisa, we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you happy.
We cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or decorated in any way. We also cannot accept returns on sample items or handcrafted items, eatables or candles. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
Any items that are returnable are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.

This "day of" option is designed to eliminate stress the day of your event. We will be there for you to handle all of the details. You have worked hard to plan for this day, now it is time for you to sit back, relax and enjoy your celebration!
2 hour session to discuss final event details
Vendor management � including contract review, confirmations, and adherence to timelines and services to be provided
Attend & oversee rehearsal
Arrive 2 hours prior to ceremony to assist with all final details including � assistance with dressing, flowers, reception set-up, vendor contract fulfillment

Welcome Basket Solutions
Guests room baskets can be an array of shapes and sizes. They do not have to consist of the standard "basket" design. They can be simple over-the-door knob welcome kits filled with maps and activities planned for the weekend. They can consist of treats to snack on or even essentials you think your guests may need while enjoying their stay like a beach mat, hat & towel.

This service is available within a 120 mile radius of lower Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Don't worry. You're not alone!!
Many, if not most, of our customers are busy people. Events and parties can creep up on you when you least expect it. We do our best to accommodate rush orders and we do not charge extra for this service! However, it's a first come first served basis.
Due to the high volume of business we do not guarantee availability, e-mail us to make sure the item(s) are available.
We encourage ALL orders be placed via our online secure order form. By submitting your order online it ensures the accuracy of spelling custom orders. Please be sure to double check the spelling of names, dates and shipping addresses prior to completely your online order.
Our plantable favors, which are perfect for all occasions, ship within just 2 business days.
International Orders
Retail customers: Yes, International shipping is available. US Global Express is the cost preferred shipping method. However, all customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of that of the customer and tracking information is not available once package reaches the international boarder. Favors by Lisa can not insure the safe arrival of the package nor we take no responsibility should the package arrive late.
UPS International is available available with destination tracking services. Fees are considerable higher but this method will insure prompt arrival of the package should the order be an urgent one.
Wholesale customers: No, International shipping service is not available.
May I pay with personal checks?
Currently we accept only VISA, MasterCard - we are working on PayPal for the future.
Declined credit cards?
We know that wedding expenses add up quickly, so please ensure that your credit card's limit will be sufficient for your order. If your card is declined we will attempt to contact you up to 3 times. Twice by e-mail, then once by phone. If we do not receive a response, we cannot be held liable for the order.
Will I be charged any Sales Tax?
If you live in the US but outside the State of Connecticut, you are sales tax exempt. Connecticut sales tax is 6% and will be added onto the total of your order. However, orders to be shipped outside the US, any duties incurred at the border will be the Buyers responsibility.
May I order samples before purchasing a large quantity?
Yes, you may purchase samples using our on-line Shopping Bag. Please indicate "one" in the quantity box. We will try to fulfill all sample orders. Sample quantities are limited, so we cannot promise to send everything you desire. Samples are non-refundable.
How are the products packaged?
All of our products are packed in their original protective packaging of tissue, bubble wrap, and/or brown cardboard boxes to save you money. Some items are specifically marked gift boxed, which means that they are packaged in a presentable box. Some of our products, like candles are individually cello wrapped with ribbon for your convenience.
If you would like your wedding favors to be individually boxed in clear, white or colored boxes or gift wrapped, please let us know by e-mail and we would be happy to give you a quotation for your needs.
What is considered a Special Order?
Any item that is ordered especially for you is considered a Special Order. This also includes any orders greater than 50 pieces for favors and greater than 4 pieces for attendants' gifts. Some Special Orders may require extra time for delivery.
