Pricing and Product Stock
Every effort is made to assure the accuracy and completeness of this website and its information. However, due to the nature of our business, we must reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors or omissions throughout this website. This includes pricing, shipping, and product description information, changing market conditions, product discontinuance or typographical or photographic errors.

The website inventory is updated daily; however, it is possible that items may be in stock when your order is placed, but out of stock when the order is packaged to send. The quantity you order may not be available; you will be notified in such cases. Prices and items are subject to change without prior notice. In the case of a pricing error, the price listed in the current catalog is the price actually charged for the item.

Return Policy
At Favors by Lisa, we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you happy.

We cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or decorated in any way. We also cannot accept returns on sample items or handcrafted items, eatables or candles. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging.

Any items that are returnable are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
